At the same time, he produced the show Souvenirs, souvenirs (hosted by his friend Patrice Blanc-Francard), Cool dedicated to American black music of the seventies, and Bananas, the first show dedicated to world music. He took flight on his own in 1978 by presenting the rock music show Feedback, whose theme was the title Eruption, from the self-titled album by Van Halen. Feedback: Initially varied, the show popularized Kate Bush, Dire Straits, Moon Martin, The Specials, and even programmed Bernard Lavilliers before making a clear turn towards new wave in the 1980s.
