{"product_id":"caleb-landry-jones_the-mother-stone_2020","title":"The Mother Stone","description":"Caleb Landry Jones was born in Garland, Texas, in 1989 and comes from a long line of violinists for three or four generations. His grandfather wrote jingles for advertisements, his mother, a singer and songwriter, gave piano lessons at their home, and his father was an entrepreneur who worked extensively for the musical equipment retailer Brook Mays in Dallas. That said, Jones is not sure he has incorporated all these influences into his music. In fact, he does not play the violin. Caleb Landry Jones began writing and recording music at the age of 16, around the same time he started his professional career in film (Twin Peaks, Get Out). He started in a band called Robert Jones, then lost his guitarist who went off to study, moved into his own apartment, and broke up with someone. It was from that moment that music took on a different dimension for him. He picked up the guitar and composed song after song after song... a way for him to heal. Later, the songs formed in his head, and he had to wait until he returned to his parents' barn to record them. Sometimes the ideas merged together, which gave rise to the long epic pieces like those on his debut solo album The Mother Stone. The album is built from dreams, and these blend with reality, leaving one unsure of what is true or not.","brand":"Caleb Landry Jones","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":58276273586520,"sku":null,"price":24049535.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0898\/4943\/0360\/files\/0843563126516.jpg?v=1787697744","url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en-us\/products\/caleb-landry-jones_the-mother-stone_2020","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
