{"product_id":"aquarelle-guitar-quartet_dances_2016_disco-virgin-music-group","title":"Dances","description":"This small collection is aimed at both guitar lovers and fans of popular-art music (or folk-serious, or traditional-composed, it's up to you to create your own term) from the last forty years, in the danceable category or, at least, danceable. Latin America is naturally in the spotlight, with the Brazilian Egberto Gismondi, a student of Nadia Boulanger and Jean Baraqué who, once armed with an unwavering classical technique, escaped to horizons much sunnier than what the classical music of the avant-garde of the 70s and 80s claimed to inflict on the ears of the planet. Next, we head to Cuba, then Macedonia, Mexico, Piazzola's Argentina, Scotland with the lovely Catriona McKay, Italy and its tarantellas, the Django style, not to mention a little nod to Boccherini. Proof that all these musics aim for a single objective, the pleasure of the senses, and they all strive for it with the same quality of design and writing. For this is not at all, at all a variety record! This guitar quartet plays phenomenally well, with an unshakeable classical technique, and while the borrowed language remains more \"light,\" it is no more or less so than, for example, that of the works written by a Mozart or a Schubert for the balls or dance parties of their time. © Abeille Musique 2010","brand":"Aquarelle Guitar Quartet","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":57726462722392,"sku":null,"price":23480229.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"url":"https:\/\/vinyles.com\/en-us\/products\/aquarelle-guitar-quartet_dances_2016_disco-virgin-music-group","provider":"Vinyles.com","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
